In December 2010 Lee Neville released a Special Edition DVD especially and exclusively for the cast and crew of Time Stops Moving. This unofficial Special Edition DVD contained the short film, and all of the behind-the-scenes and promotional content released online. Exclusive to the DVD at the time were the video updates from Glenda Weedman, Krystal Connell and Karla Jenkins (these were later released on iTunes) and Krystal Connell's Time Stops Moving Rehearsal. DVD-ROM content included Time Stops Moving in HD 1080p, iPod Digital Copy, music score, script and stills by photographer Niki Bruckner. There are currently no plans to make an official DVD for Time Stops Moving available. However, excluding Krystal's Time Stops Moving Rehearsal, all of the Time Stops Moving behind-the-scenes and promotional content along with the short film itself are available among the DVD Easter Eggs on the Time Always Moving (Special Edition) DVD.

SoundEdit

The unofficial Special Edition DVD contained Time Stops Moving in Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround Sound. Despite this sound encoding method, the master sound only exists in Stereo format, as it was never intended to go any further than online. Due to the methods that were used in the filmmaking process, the highest quality sound will always simply be Stereo. The Dolby Digital 5.1 mix for the unofficial Special Edition DVD is essentially a Stereo mix within a 5.1 surround field. Sound only comes from the front speakers.
